AOTP - Aarti Officers Trainee Programme

Through this flagship programme, fresh graduates from India’s leading technical colleges are hired and groomed for future roles. They join operations teams across different zones, bringing in expertise from diverse fields such as chemical, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil, industrial safety, and environment.

AMTP - Aarti Management Trainee Programme

This flagship programme recruits talent from top technical and business schools in India. Selected candidates are developed and placed within various functional teams across zones. The programme ensures a structured, tailored growth path.

ALT - Aarti Leadership Trainee Programme

Designed to create future leaders, this programme brings in students and professionals from the top 10 business schools in India. Hired at a managerial level, these individuals come with prior industry experience and domain expertise. The programme focuses on grooming them in their specialised fields, preparing them to take on leadership roles at AIL.
