Impact Stories

img

Aarti Industries partners with the Bhanushali Trust to support education and community development for rural and economically challenged students. The initiative strengthens school infrastructure and enriches learning environments.

Why it matters:

First-generation learners need structured support to stay in school and succeed.

Impact:

Better facilities, improved learning experiences, and greater community participation in education.

img

Aarti Industries is co-creating a transformational 300-bed multi-speciality hospital that will serve 1,00,000+ people across underserved districts. Equipped with modern ICUs, NICUs, operation theatres, mobile hospitals, and elderly transportation support, this initiative bridges a critical healthcare gap in rural Bihar.

Why it matters:

It brings affordable, accessible, quality healthcare to a region with limited medical infrastructure.

Impact:

Improved maternal care, emergency access, diagnostics, and community health services.

img

Through partnerships with VSSM and Kutch Nav Nirman Abhiyan, AIL supports permanent housing for nomadic and denotified tribal families who often live without formal identity or stable shelter. These homes bring stability, protection, and dignity to communities that have been historically left behind.

Why it matters:

Safe housing enables access to education, government schemes, and employment.

Impact:

Dozens of families now have permanent, secure homes supported by AIL.

img

In drought-prone areas of Beed and agricultural regions of Rajkot, AIL supports water conservation systems, including check dams, canal desilting, and micro-irrigation improvements. These interventions strengthen farmer livelihoods and build long-term ecological resilience.

Why it matters:

Water security is essential for agriculture and rural stability.

Impact:

600+ farmers and households supported through reliable irrigation and improved water flow.

From The People of Aarti Industries

Anil Goyal

"I began my journey with AIL in 2017 as Project Excellence Head, at a time when the Business Excellence function was just taking shape. Being part of its inception was both exciting and challenging—I had the opportunity to lay the foundation, define processes, and systems that would drive large-scale growth. Subsequently, I transitioned into the role of Project Controls Head which evolved across multiple areas, each adding new dimensions to my expertise. My recent transition to Direct Procurement and Logistics Vertical Head role underlines AIL's people centric decisions, where opportunities are limitless. The empowering environment and leadership trust have shaped my ability to navigate complexity, and transform my career trajectory beyond functions."

Anil Goyal

Direct Procurement Vertical Head

Sudhir Shete

"I joined Aarti in 2014 at Jhagadia as a fresh graduate, and today I lead a division. My journey has been full of learning, ownership, and growth. I’ve had the opportunity to work across operations, quality, and sustainability—each experience expanding my perspective and skills. Even as a chemical engineer, I was encouraged to explore mechanical and electrical domains, which greatly broadened my learning. The organisation’s focus on both technical and people development has shaped me into a more confident leader—programs like First Time Manager played a key role in that. Aarti has truly been the foundation of my professional and personal growth. "

Sudhir Shete

Process and Division Head

Dr. Reena Sanghvi

"At Aarti Industries, my journey has been defined by transformation, inclusion, and purpose. Since joining in 2016, I have had the privilege of leading transformation from the frontline, breaking barriers as the first woman leader at the Vapi plant and shaping people strategies that help individuals thrive, belong, and lead. At AIL, we believe the strongest organisations are built when diverse talent is empowered, potential is nurtured, and leadership is anchored in trust. Creating a culture of opportunity, inclusion, and impact continues to define my journey and purpose at Aarti Industries."

Dr. Reena Sanghvi

Talent & Corporate HR Head

Priyanka Gajbhiye

"I joined AIL as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Scientific Officer, and my journey since then has been an incredible learning experience. Coming from a chemistry background, AIL immediately felt like home—a place rich with knowledge and people who empower you to grow. Working across testing services helped me understand customer and market dynamics, while deepening my technical expertise. With invaluable guidance from the Chief Scientific Officer and my leaders, I’ve grown into a managerial role, contributing to critical projects with confidence and purpose. "
